WINDURAJA SUSTAINABLE ECO-VILLAGE is a regional-based empowerment concept that engages the community in establishing, preserving, and developing a productive and socio-economically sustainable ecosystem.
PHILANTHROPY ACTION LAB FOR SUSTAINABLE LIVING is a social laboratory that provides engagement rooms and opportunities for various stakeholders, such as the community, NGOs, philanthropy organizations, private companies, higher educational institutions, and government agencies, to translate, implement, test, and study empowerment concepts for environmental preservation and the quality of life of the communities.
SMART AGRO VILLAGE (SAV) is a nature-based educational concept and integrated farming system that provides knowledge and entrepreneurial skills to sustain the YCMU Foundation programs. The objectives of SAV are: 1) to provide educational rooms and nature laboratories for youth and villagers to learn about farming and breeding. 2) to give added value to agricultural products and livestock produced in the regions. 3) to empower society in promoting agro-tourism in Ciamis-West Java.

MOZAIK SEMESTA-ACP
Location of Aqua Culture Project. This project attempts to increase fish production in the village. This project occupies 10 fish ponds and engages 14 villagers.

AGRA-FARM
An income development project created by the CMU foundation fo villagers in the form of Goat Farming. Apart from increasing the financial income of the villagers, this project can also support integrated agricultural program. This program is also preapred to support Qurban during Iedul Adha.

AGRA FARM is a regional or community empowerment project. We start running a goat/sheep breeding farm. This project has engaged the villagers to manage 3 goat cages with 200 goats. Now we are preparing two additional cages for 200 cages.

Eco-Village hosted 4 groups of students who conducted internship program and filed projects from Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. 40 students stayed in eco villages and directly interacyed with the communities to run their programs, such as education for children, teacher training and workshop for agriculture. (January 2002)
